Dear Parents,

Hearty congratulations! on your wards’ success during the academic session 2010-11. We, at Aadharshila Vidyapeeth are pleased to welcome you all back into the Aadharshila family with new spirits and a rejuvenated mood to start off fresh in the new academic year 2011-2012. We, seek your co-operation as always in making Aadharshila a perfect place for our children to bloom. Underlying are some aspects to be considered for maintaining a disciplined atmosphere in the institute leading to an overall development of your ward:

Ø      Reporting time of students is 7:30am. Gates would be closed at 7:45am.

Ø      Absenteeism to be noted in students’ diary with parents’ signature.

Ø      Half day leave on any ground is not permissible.

Ø      Please do not send your ward to school if he/she is unwell / (infectious disease)

Ø      Birthday gifts costing more than Rs. 20-25 would not be encouraged in the school. Perishable items (cakes, pastries) would not be allowed for distribution in the School.

Ø      Students from Class VI-XII are not allowed to wear casuals on their birthdays.

Ø      Please send & check your wards’ students’ diary on everyday basis for regular follow up.

Ø      Uniform is to be strictly adhered to. No nail paint, mehndi designs, bangles, ear rings, hair clips (coloured, fancy) would be allowed.

Ø      Boys need to maintain their hair cut.

Ø      Mobile phones are strictly not allowed.

Ø      No lunch boxes would be accepted by school reception under any circumstances.

Ø      School authorities would not be responsible for any untoward / unfortunate incident outside the school premises once the school gets over.

 

 

 

 

 

WELCOME TO THE NEW ACADEMIC SESIION 2011-2012
Classes II - X

Aadharshila Vidyapeeth welcomes students to its new academic session. The school starts on 4^th April 2011 (Monday) at 7:45 am. The Vidyapeeth expects your cooperation for smooth functioning as well as safety and security of your child. You are requested to maintain a file for your child at home where in all school circulars / notices / syllabi  / Worksheets should be kept in a chronological order . Please make yourself aware of the rules and regulations of the school.

School Timings :

The school functions from Monday to Friday as well as 1^st,3^rd  and 5^th Saturdays of every month for classes II – X. The School  timings  are 8: 15 a.m. to 12: 40 p.m from Monday to Saturday.

(B) (i)School Transport Facility (Subject to Vacancy) :

Parents availing this facility are requested to fill the school transport undertaking (for new admission only) & to be at the bus stop 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled time (both in the morning and afternoon). Kindly note that your cooperation in this regard is important for the security of your child. School transport charges will be taken in three installments along with the fee. One month’s prior written notice is requested prior to the start of the quarter in case of withdrawal from the school transport. For queries related to transport facility, Contact School Transport Office between 1:30 pm and 2:00 pm on all working Tuesdays, Thursday & Saturdays. Only one switch over between School to self – Transport or vice – versa will be allowed in one academic session.

(B) (ii) Self Transport

Parents not availing School Transport Facility must fill the Self – Transport – Undertaking (for New Admission only). For queries related to Transport, Contact School Transport Office between 1:30 p.m. and 2 : 00 p.m. on all working Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays. Only one switch over between school to self - Transport or vice – versa will be allowed in one academic session. Self – Transport I – Card will not be issued to any class.

(c) Books / Stationery :

 Books and stationery will be available as per the following schedule (excluding Sundays and holidays) :

·        White Kurta Pyjama with blue Denim Jacket without sleeves (every Tuesday).

(ii)                Summer Uniform for Classes III to X Only

 The summer Uniform Set with white logo contains the following items :

Please make yourself aware of the rules and regulations of the school.

(A) School Timings :

The school functions  five days a week  basis from Monday to Friday  for pre – primary   and I. The School  timings  are 8: 45 a.m. to 12: 40 p.m .

(B) Self Transport

Parents must fill the Self – Transport Undertaking.
